Primus earned my trust by being honest and upfront. Construction is hard. I’m a veterinarian. I’m not a general contractor. I’m not somebody who has the ability to go to township meetings, zoning hearings. I could go there, but I don’t know what questions to ask and things to present. So, having somebody on my side who knows that business, it’s hugely helpful. A really big deal.
I’ve learned over the years that hiring an expert in something you’re not expert in, is hugely beneficial. That’s huge. Because my expertise in veterinary medicine does not translate at all into things like taxes, zoning, etc.
